With a move and over 100 painting/pictures these pads worked fantastically. They included a middle foam layer which added to the protection. I used them with the cardboard corner covers. Not one painting, frame or glass was damaged in the move. Get plenty of packing tape. The ACE packing tape is a great value in the two pack with twice the tape per roll of the equivalent Scotch tape. The HDX and Staples tape do not come off the roll cleanly and the tape sreads.But the paper wrap was fantastic. Only wish they had an acid free version.
