Important! 2 SPECS ARE WRONG!As of 8/16/21-WGT IS 23lbs NOT 17lbs as incorrectly listed - confirmed by "CAT" at manufacturer.-Widest width (between OUTER tips of rear wheels) is MORE THAN 26.5" as specified in description!The overall width I measure comes out to be 27 5/8 - 28 1/8" !The measurements from the outer ends of the metal ends over the wheels measure 27 1/8" ... then ad 1/2"-1" more!The tips sticking out from the mid centers of the wheels (too difficult to take a picture and measure by myself) add between 2-4/8" per each wheel x 2 wheels! 27 1/8 Widest at metal piece over wheels+ 4/8 - 8/8 Amount for 2 WHEEL TIPS=27 5/8 - 28 21/8" OVERALL WIDTHVS. ADVERTISED 26.5" (26.4/8")!!!ACTUAL WIDTH IS 1 1/8"- 1 5/8" WIDER THAN SPECIFIED!•THE OVERALL WIDTH OF THE REAR WHEELS DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE WHEN NEEDING TO GET THRU NARROW AREAS! •6 LBS ADDITIONAL WEIGHT ADDS A LOT ESPECIALLY WHEN TRYING TO CARRY FOLDED (which it doesn't easily stay closed adding to it already being cumbersome) OR MANEUVER THE WALKER FOR TRANSPORT.I do not recommended this for a mid size or smaller trunk or putting in a rear seat (unless it's a large vehicle)AMAZON &/OR THE MANUFACTURER NEEDS TO ENSURE THIS MEASUREMENT IS CORRECT.NOTE: MFGR IS TO LOOK INTO CORRECTING MEASUREMENT.CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO INCUR COSTS TO RETURN ITEM DUE TO THIS MISTAKE.•Besides the WOBBLING OF THE HANDLES, which my 92yo mom found very disturbing and insecure with,•The unit does seems to be very well made and a beautiful walker, especially if not needed to transport or store closed.• The chair does not stand on its own when folded•Altho it does fold well, allowing for its handles to fold inward (even remove from the bar), it does NOT lay FLAT altho it does lay horizontal. It is combersome.•Couldnt figure out how it would hold a cane.•This roller is very wide for narrow areas. •And very heavy for transport/maneuvering at 23lbs instead of the 17lbs indicated.NOTE: we returned this as we would never of ordered it over 27" wide nor over 17lbs to begin with as those are our maximum limits.Shame Shame Shame that this was misrepresented with incorrect 26.5" wide and 17lb specs.
