Love my medium board. I have a large size too, but sometimes it's just too big when you're doing sugarflowers or small model work. The medium board works great. The non-slip mat underneath is very helpful and makes sure that when you're cutting things out nothing moves or gives a dodgy slippy cut. Easy to clean and sanitise. Just need to ensure that you don't use scalpels or knives on the board as it can mark it heavily.
