The only thing we are not happy with is that the casters don’t roll freely. Thought they might loosen with use but haven’t so far. We purchased for my wife who has issues with standing and still wants to cook and do chores around the house. Chair offers her that mobility. Back support is a plus too. Took us a long time to find a rolling/swivel chair that would retract low enough to work.
